I attempted to sign up for a three (3) year warrantee, however the link on the web page is expired. I then sent an inquire to learn steps to extend the warrantee. This is still unresolved.

Quite a few changes from my last one from 2018. I like everything you updated. Hope this one lasts at least as long. Maybe will use up batteries faster. Time will tell.

Highly recommend the chicken guard and door for your coop. Makes life so much easier! First one lasted over 7 years. Couldn’t get the second one fast enough… getting up at 5 to let the chickens out got old really fast. 😂 would totally buy again and completely recommend.

Installed a replacement motor/control box for our hen house. The original one served us well for six years. We love the sensor opening and closing option. the chickens love it too! Thanks for a great product

I bought one of these 3 years ago. I live close to the canadian border and it gets really cold here. I havent seen issues with the unit itself. So far the only issues I've experienced is in the winter with battery life. I use it inside my coup with the timer settings and lifting a DIY OSB access door thats close to the max advertized. I'm getting ready to buy a second one so I can open my enclosed run and allow my girls to free range.

Unit was simple to install especially since I was replacing one three years old. Only concern presently is that the Pro seems to be a little weak and is laboring hard to open the door.

Door does everything it says. Easily installed.

Hope it last at least as long as our 9 year old original Chicken Guard did. Old one I drilled hole in back so I could run string through coop wall over pulley and down to door we used Lux to open and close Worked flawless. Had to mount this pro inside and use timer to open and close they said if I drill and run string out back will void warranty. Chicken Guard should have hole in back and bottom for more mounting ideas that way I could use lux instead of timer. Hopefully they will make remote light sensor this will fix the issue.

I love this automatic door so much! When I was out of town a few weeks ago, my neighbor noticed the door did not open one morning. She manually opened it for me til I could get home and figure out why. When I messaged customer service, they very quickly replied and gave me instructions how to remedy the situation. I followed their instructions and the door is working perfectly again! Thank you for a great product and great service!
